  • After that, you need to open the internet browser on your device, and then enter 192.1368.0.254 or tplinkrpeater.net into the address bar of your internet browser and then press enter key.
  • It will ask you to enter the credentials to login into the TP-Link extender setup page. You can find the default username and password at the bottom label of your TP-Link extender.
  • Then, you need to go to the system tool and then click on the backup and restore button under the system tool tab.
  • Now, click on the factory reset button and start the reset process. It will take some time to complete the reset process. 
  • Thereafter, you need to follow all the on-screen instructions and then reboot your extender.
  • After rebooting the extender, configure it again.
